- The product was not delivered as described

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- More than 48 hours have passed since purchase
- You simply "changed your mind" after product delivery
- You initiated a chargeback without contacting us first
- You violated our Terms of Service
- You shared or redistributed the product
- You refuse to cooperate with our support team
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Step 2: Create a support ticket
- Step 3: Explain the reason for your refund request
- Step 4: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
- Step 5: If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within:
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
- Cryptocurrency: 1-5 business days
- Other methods: 3-7 business days
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Chargebacks
We strongly discourage chargebacks. If you have an issue:

- Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent ban
- We may pursue recovery of funds through payment providers
